The 2009 NSS Convention will be held in conjunction with the 15th
International Congress of Speleology in Kerrville, Texas. People
planning to attend just the business meetings will need to register
for the convention but will pay no fees. Those who want to attend
the 15th ICS sessions will need to register for the Congress. Day
passes will be available and will include evening events such as the
Photo Salon on Thursday evening. The NSS Awards Banquet will be held
on Friday night, July 24.
The Congress of Grottos will be held on Tuesday, July 21 and the
Board of Governors Meeting on the Monday, July 20 in the morning and
Friday, July 24, all day.
Section meetings will be held during the week. All of the Salons
will be run as International Salons so the rules may be a bit
different. Meetings such as the Foundation, NCRC, and the NCKMS
Advisory Council will be scheduled like the sessions; the chairmen
will be asked for preferred days. If you have any questions please
